Go Crazy? Don't mind if I do!!!

Actually, I plan on using my new acquisitions, a brand new flatscreen 36" and 6.1 surround stereo to make a few converts. I just have to wait for my new entertainment armoire to get here so I have a place to put all this crap. I love tax returns!

I might have to get a new copy of the DVD set. Its going into the list of things I want that my wife says I can have just as soon as she gets what she wants.

She did pull an evil little trick on me last night. I was trying out the stereo, watching Star Wars, when she sat down, and said "You don't know how to work it, do you."

I said "Not yet, but I'm getting there."

She says "Let me see it." and, adds, after an incredulous look from me "Its mine too!"

I hand over the remote, and she promptly turns everything off and says "Now, come upstairs and help me give the kids a bath."

I love her (very much) but she doesn't understand the power of new stereo equipment.

Kaylee: "What's so damn important about being proper? It don't mean nothing out here in the black."
Simon: "It means more out here. It's all I have..."

Manwithpez, don't you see that you've fallen into the capitalist trap? Is a 36" flatscreen and new system really gonna make you happy?
Will it make the writing on Firefly episodes any better? Will it fulfill your soul?

Of COURSE it wont! But my 50 inch Sony Wega would.
