I have been a subscriber to Wired magazine for over 3 years now and have been waiting to see if they would write an article on "Firefly" for its huge cult following. It hasn't happened yet, not even a little tidbit about the DVD in their "Play:Reviews" section. So I decided, with the release of the trailer, to start sending them letters about the show and the movie. Although it may have to do with the fact that the movie won't be out till September, I thought that it would be a good time for them to get better aquainted with the series & movie, so as to write a much larger article then the one they wrote for "Hitchhiker's Guide..." in this month's issue (The one with Lucas on the cover). Or it just might be my fantasy that it will happen that way. In the end I just want to get it out there and on the magazine.

To email them: rants@wiredmag.com (which is actually a place to write letters on rants & raves on the magazine, but I just thought it was a goood place to start) or editor@wiredmag.com (which is for editorial correspondence, which is where I should've emailed my letters in the first place; didn't realize that one till later... blah).

YT

the movie is not the Series. Only the facts have been changed, to irritate the innocent; the names of the actors and characters remain the same

Let's not forget to support SFX magaizine http://www.sfx.co.uk/ 'cause I'm sure they're gonna do a spread on Serenity.

Keep the Shiny Side Up . . . (wutzon) Max Creek, "Season of the Witch", from "Live @the Connecticut Expo Center"

Alright, so it got published in Wired, the September issue. But it didn't get a larger blurb then what Hitchhiker got, so I was somewhat saddened by that. Plus, the artwork they posted on the article, I don't remember any of it being in the movie. I wrote a letter asking why they didn't put Serenity as the artwork, haven't heard back yet, probably never will.
