ok so I just tried the Wondercon and comic con videos and when I tried to download it or see it it said SERVICE UNAVAILBLE. Can someone help me I really want to see them.

I also need help in chat every time I try it says that no chatters are in and theres some wierd kind of flash every 5 seconds can anyone help me
