The thing about this site is, so many new threads are being generated every day, the older ones keep disappearing even with frequent bumping.

Incidently, did you see a news report the other day concerning an experiment by the Chinese on growing rice in orbit? Looks interesting.

I`ve got a lot to do today so I`ll try and log on again later.

Actually, no i didn't. Are they trying to grow it in zero-g or in a centrifuge? I imagine zero-g. rice probably would fair best in zero-g since it grows in water, doesn't probably need gravity as much as most other plants.
