um nothing Zeek. I took him aside and we talked about choices. Then I took away his free period for a week and made him stay in the room with me during it and work on anger management techniques. Our administration isn't interested in discipline. Kids are seldom suspended and almost never charged. Last year a teacher who was 7 months pregnant was thrown to the ground by a student. The kid was suspended for 24 hours and back in her class in a day... We have a school with the highest population of gang involved students in the state and the administrators do absolutely nothing to stop the behavior so the kids pretty much run wild unless you're tough enough and mean enough to stop them yourself( luckily I am) but it's one of the reasons I am choosing not to come back... I've been at another school where the kids were similar, but the administration was tough on the kids and charged them It was a lot better and the kids were a lot more disciplined and respectful...
