What's up with Book's Picture?

What is going on with all this obscuring and elimination of Book (Ron Glass) anyway?

I have looked at the posters with Book's characters not in them. The cast shots with Book not part of the shot. Even the recent poster with Jayne in the middle and Book's head overshadowed by Jayne's (even though book is seen to the center right of Jayne).

I know something important happens to Book's character in the BDM, but really, Book is important!. His character shouldn't be erased before his time.

So could someone here tell me where I am wrong or what I have missed with Book not being shown off very well in print?

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

The most often posted promo shot that does not include Ron or Morena was taken on a day that neither were on set. They are both in the film, in very key roles. However, Mal and River are the two that get the most screen time in the BDM. Just keep telling yourself that Serenity is not Firefly, and there was no way that Joss could give equal time to all nine characters.
