Sorry if there is somewhere else i should be posting a technical question......feel free to direct me to the proper place but I cant find it

Can someone please tell me how to set the clock in my profile for the proper time in NYC...GMT plus what? For the life of me I cant get it right! DUH

Also...why does it always say that no one else is on the board when you all are obviously on posting away....my page sez 0 members online all the time
