Only the tv gods know that answer. But if they are really smart they've already loaded up the fire chariot and are lining up the cast and crew for this summer to begin shooting all new eps. I am ready.

Within that timeframe, I think the chances are slim, since any Firefly revival will be dependent on Joss, and he will be doing Wonder Woman. My bet is that we will see another production, either tv or movie, by the end of 2010.

Woman, you are completely off your nut.

Within the next year or two? I'm leaning towards slim, but I'm not giving up hope! It will happen eventually cause I got that good ole Browncoat faith. I think a sequel to the movie looks a little more realistic, but if a network finally sees Firefly for the jewel it is, ya never know, we could be seeing it on our small screens again.

As long as the BDH's keep getting movies and TV shows the odds at ever seeing more Firefly lessen.

Besides, Browncoats have a lot to be proud of and grateful for...the BDM itself was an amazing result of the tireless efforts by so many of the early fans.....us "common" folk need to be patient, very patient.

We all have to somehow adjust & deal with the un-pleasant reality that it could be a very long time, if ever, before getting another movie or series. The "Earthmother" of sci fi fandom Star Trek took 11 years for it's first movie & 18 years for a new series...Battlestar took 25 years for a new series. Browncoats are already way ahead of those curves; even more amazing are the BDH's themselves..."in their prime" strongly attending sci-fi conventions....when have ya ever seen that?

I wish the BDHs all the success in the world...they deserve it. If they never give us another minute of Firefly I'll still feel like I got more than I could have ever hoped for with just the 14 episodes.
