When I go to the vote thread:

I have no "reply" buttons; other threads appear normal. Was this thread locked? If so, why? If there's someplace else I should post this to, please advise.

Actually, I believe the 'reply' buttons are waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy to the right:) Somehow the thread got stretched out to the black....

Just scroll your screen all the way to the right:)
