Hello all!

So new gal on the bridge. Have been lurking around here for some time now and I noticed a post by PHOENIXROSE in one of the other threads today with a banner to use to promote the upcoming Serenity 'versary. So I snatched the tagline 'write letters. buy the movie. do the job' and made a bunch of banners to be used nowhere and everywhere.















Hope they're ok and that you can use them. I want to contribute the best I can, sitting here in faraway Sweden where, if I mention Firefly people just go 'huh?' and look at me weirdly. *sigh* Anyway, I'm also considering maybe running a small add in the 'Metro' paper here in south of Sweden on friday to make Serenity heard. Checked the prices and it looks pretty ok, so I'm checking out the thread about that :)

Anyway, glad to be a part of this community and finally get somewhere to let my Browncoat within come out and get some air :D

Kidding! HEY! You are not alone! The Firefly underground and overground is here with you. All the many thousands of us without borders, just different login names, and your banners are magnificent! Double wow!

The banners are beautiful. The hardest part is chosing one. I think, Vinterdraken, is from Sweden. I know its a large country, but atleast there are 2 of you spreading the word.

Hay here,
Thank you so much, makes me happy to hear and means alot especially after seeing what you can create yourself. Those posters - breathtaking! How do you do the 'striped' look on the pics? it's a mystery to me.

Anything I can contribute, I will. Going to make another batch, hopefully later on today. Lurkdom was interesting but I was starting to feel stupid *grin* besides, now I get to talk to all you fine people

Thank you. I actually just redid that from an old set I had for my gallery when promoting the screencaps from Firefly. Thought it would fit very well with this.

Sometimes fanart can make that to you, take away all other inspiration from your fingers. You know what you want but you can't do it.
