The picture has to be on the web somewhere already.
Then just type in the URL to where the picture is stored.

Citizen's response applies if you want the picture to appear within a post on one of the message forums, but you can upload images to the Blue Sun Room directly from your computer. Just click on any of the recent images added there, look on the left side of the screen where it says "Author Options" and then click on "Add Image." Follow the easy directions and share your picture with us.
