Star of Wrath of Khan.

I always felt it unfortunate that she did not reprise the role, so it was written off.

I was surprised at how old she was for that film, from 40 years ago, and she just passed at age 71.

I didn't realize her dad was named Alley, and also her first husband was named Alley.

She seemed to really live life fully.
