I was poking around fox.com, looking for the URLs of the movie files themselves, and I found this large version of the "no question" trailer. If you have fast connection, it's worth checking out.

A little better than the other trailer, mainly because we actually get to hear a bit of dialog. ("I didn't start it!" Yep, I know that writer.) But the idiot who's doing these still throws in "From the creator of Buffy!" lines. Hey people listen up! People who are Buffy fans will watch Firefly on general principle. Everyone else, you'll have to find a better reason to make them watch. Like maybe the fact that this is groundbreaking science fiction!

Ya all those shots are from the Pilot entitled "Serenity" if I am not mistaken, it was the 40 minute episode I watched a while back.

Still working on getting it available to everyone, so stay tuned.

Out....................

All are welcome at http://theannex.curvedspaces.com

And if you did happen to get that up, thus violating copyright laws, I wouldn't download it. Because that's wrong. Wrooooong.

In fact, as soon as you can, you just give us that link so we know where to direct our scorn. You foul pirate!

True dat. Linking it with BUFFY may even turn off some "mainstream" viewers. OTOH, the images speak for themselves.

Incidentally, here are the direct links to both of the trailers they have posted:

"New Blood"

(large) http://www.fox.com/firefly/video/newblood_large.mov

"No Question"

(large) http://www.fox.com/firefly/video/noquestion_large.mov

For anybody else like me who hates streaming video.

PS: Haken, I think there's a bug in your BB software. The URL at the end of the quote swallows up the quote-ending tags if you don't put a space between them.

Much better than streaming it. Thanks.

BTW, did you see the long trailer on American Idol last night? It was at least 60 seconds, with some dialogue, jokes and a couple cool shots that I haven't seen on the other trailers.

Oh yes!! I was excited and my family looked at me like I was an estranged idiot. I am a HUGE Jewel Staite fan and was ecstatic to see a lot of her in the promo!!
