The Official Firefly Website has posted script pages from the episode, Janestown.

As previously discussed on FIREFLYFANS.NET and annouonced on AICN, the episode centers around Jayne and a town that has elevated him to Robin Hood-like status, albeit without Jayne's knowledge.

Also announced on the Official Firefly Website was a change in airing schedule. The updated schedule is as follows:

10/4 - Our Mrs. Reynolds
10/18 - Jaynestown
10/25 - Out of Gas
11/1 - Shindig
11/8 - Safe

Okay, this show is now officially dead. Isn't this exactly what TNT did during the final "Screw Crusade" action on that now defunct series? Air them massively out of order? Even if they didn't the decision to air episode of The (live action) Tick completely out of order did help to successfully kill off that show. Does the fact that airing episodes out of order has ALWAYS hurt show failed to register (even a hamster gets conditioned to avoid behavior that always causes pain)? Or is this yet another sign on my "Fox deliberately wants this show to fail" tally? I just can't care anymore frankly, Fox has screwed it up too much.
