The April issue of SFX Magazine hit the shops today in the UK, and it was posted the nominees for the 2004 Reader Awards. Firefly has done immensely well.
Posted below are the categories and the nominees alongside Firefly.

Best TV Show

Angel, Buffy, FIREFLY, Smallville, Stargate SG1.

Best New Show

Carnivale, Dead Like Me, FIREFLY, John Doe, Tru Calling.

Best Episode

Angel "Home"
Buffy " Chosen"
Buffy "Lies My Parents Told Me"
Buffy "Storyteller"
FIREFLY " OUT OF GAS".

"Worst Thing to happen in 2003?"

Buffy ending
Farscape cancelled
Firefly cancelled
The LOTR finishing
The Matrix Sequels.

Nathan Fillion has also done pretty good , being nominated in two categories on his own.

And with so many nominations, there bound to win at least one of them. Fingers crossed a cast member attends the convention. Though unfortunately I doubt it as the convention is in June right when shooting starts on Serenity. Bit of a bummer! Oh well! Congrats to the show and Nathan on the nominations!
