TiVo numbers are not factored into ratings. In fact, the networks don't care about things you record because it means you weren't there watching it and seeing the ads.

The networks and advertisers know that if you record a program on a DVR (or even a VCR), then you are going to scan through the commercials and not watch them.

Bottom line, if you are not watching it live, then you mean nothing to them. The only numbers that really count are Nielson numbers.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying don't make a season pass, by all means do it. But it really won't do much.
