I, personally, didn't like either of them.

Aeon Flux is just terrible... Advent Children looks gorgeous... but the plot is awful. Truely awful.

Advent Children had a plot?!?
Kidding...I agree with Keyoke, in a way. Ever since the "first" Final Fantasy movie came out, I was fascinated. When this one came out, I was blown away by the prettiness of it. The detail was amazing. I am sure there was a plot in there somewhere, but I completely missed it...I was spending too much time with my jaw hanging open.

Holding until you get back, Captain.

There wasn't much of a plot. The cinematography was sloppy too. Sooo much could've been done with that film that they didn't do

Sorry. Im a film student

I will defer to your area of knowledge...but from a layman, it was a beautiful film. I was just impressed that it was all computer-generated (that statement may date me).

It was a mighty pretty film. If I had to be computer genereted, i'd want them to do it.

Is it even technically cinematography if it's animated? Or were you talking about Aeon Flux?

I thought Advent Children was gorgeous, but I agree the plot was almost incomprehensible. It was, however, about as clear as the videogame plot, so at least it was true to it's source.

I agree that Aeon Flux was horrible. Never saw Advent Children. Aeon Flux wasn't even NetFlix worthy -- so of course I had to see it twice. Once in the theater, and then once on a plane.

The lady with the foot replacement on Aeon Flux was pretty cool. ALthough, I would prefer a tail. A nice long furry flowing tail that is opposable -- I could use an extra hand! And it would be a great fashion accessory.

Yea, its still technically cinematography, since the veiwpoint is still manipulated :)

Just saw it, DANGER, DANGER, IT DOES NOT COMPUTE!
In layman's terms, it sucked.
Whatever good there is in it was already covered in Serenity. Boy, did I waste a rental fee.
