The two most beautifully photographed films in my opinion are Blade Runner and Willow.

As far as best DVD transfer goes? Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

Attack of the Clones is pretty bloody amazing too...I, Robot looks great- it was photographed SO wide that I chose the fullscreen (I only have two flicks that way), and the high bit rate STILL makes it look beautiful!!!!
