Twilight was fairly ordinary, not that I've seen the film, just got the soundtrack.

But his score for In Bruges was brilliant, from the opening scenes of Bruges to the closing credits.

agree with you 100%. When I first watched the fountain I was in awe of everything about it, the story and acting obviously, but of course the visuals which were (literally) out of this world and the stunning score.
It's definitely one of my favourite soundtracks, just absolutely beautiful music

I particularly like the LOST soundtracks too. There always seem to be tracks included that I feel could have been left out and pieces I want to hear that never made it... but I think thats true of most tv soundtracks. Desmond's Theme is my favourite, particularly for the episode Live Together Die Alone (its only featured briefly on season 2 cd tho. Its on the 3rd, but still holding out hope it will be available again on the 4th)

I'm sorry to keep on disagreeing with you, and let me just state that I am a fan of Dark Angel.
But personally, the theme tune is one of the worst I've heard. It only got worse in the 2nd season when they added the horrific voiceover.
The music just grates everytime I hear it. I do like the end credits theme ("Bicycle Ride" on the Pilot episode Promo cd soundtrack) and the Space Needle theme. But the main title? Gah!

Great tv themes (ones I can listen to again and again without skipping a chapter on the dvd):
Any of Mark Snows - X Files (iconic obviously); Millennium; Harsh Realm (a weird mesh that strangely works); Lone Gunmen
Angel by Darling Violetta
Buffy by Nerf Herder
Dark Skies by Michael Hoenig
Night Stalker (short but sweet) by Philip Glass
and one of my fave, even though I stopped watching the show after its 1st season:
Cold Case theme. And its totally slipped my mind who does it.

No disagreement here, the theme is pretty meh, I just like Joel McNeely's general score for the series, very movie-like.
