Dean gets ripped to pieces right in front of Sam then winds up in Hell with giant hooks through his body. Very reminiscent of Hellraiser. Mabye during S4 Sam will have to "open the box" in order to rescue Dean.

Incredibly graphic stuff, even for this show. Don't know how the last 5 minutes made it past standards and practices.
