There have been a couple of excellent posts lately (and no doubt more in the past). For all those wanting to have a go at making their own versions, you can give it a go here:

Of course you'll have to add on separate elements (eg dinosaurs) yourselves.

Personally I haven't tried recreating Firefly characters but when I first came across this (many years ago, sigh...) we had great fun at work making versions of everyone.
