Attention All Browncoats:

The month of Serenity is almost upon us and we need to start getting plans finalized for the Red Carpet Premiere Shindig in Los Angeles on September 22nd. The plan involves booking the Hard Rock Cafe on Universal City Walk for the night. In order to do this, we need confirmation that you are going to be in LA, that you are going to be at the shindig, and that you are willing to pay $60 per person for admission.

The price of admission will include all food, dessert, soft drinks, coffee and tea. There will also be a cash bar. This is a pretty good deal since we will have exclusive access to the mezzanine and cafe for 6 hours in the middle of an extremely busy tourist area. The mezzanine balcony overlooks the red carpet area our BDH’s will be walking down.

So I have started a database on the SoCalBrowncoats Yahoo group ( http://tv.groups.yahoo.com/group/SoCalBrowncoats/). You need to join the group to add your name to the database ( http://tv.groups.yahoo.com/group/SoCalBrowncoats/database?method=repor
tRows&tbl=9). Please add 1 name per record and please answer each question. We also need each 'yes' answer to mean exactly that. If you are not sure on any of the questions, please put 'maybe' or 'no'. This will allow us to get hard numbers, especially since we have to get these numbers in within 2 weeks.

There will most likely be other shindigs at other restaurants along City Walk. So if the price per person is out of range, or it fills up to maximum once we start taking names officially, there will be a place for you.

If you do not wish to join the Yahoo group, but wish to confirm, please send all names, and your confirmation that you can attend and are willing to pay the admission price, to danregal_ff (at) yahoo dot com – or – tlacook (at) hotmail dot com.
