I'm actually being serious here. I heard this this morning, and when I checked it out, it blew me away.

Go to Mapquest.

Click on the "Maps" icon.

Click on "Map by Lat/Long".

Do not enter by degrees, minutes, seconds. Go down to where you can enter the coordinates by decimal values.

Enter the following coordinates (and if you pay attention to the show, the coordinate #'s will blow you away):

Latitude: 4.815

Longitude: 162.342

Hit "Get Map".

Zoom out all the way.

We now see a map, where the coordinates show a spot roughly 1,000 miles away from Australia...

Now look at the #'s, the one's that Hurley used to win the lottery, and are on the hatch, and the innoculation bottle that Desmond used at the begining of the season premiere, etc.
