Need help on poster

I've fiddled around and made the poster I want from a screencap, but I'm a Photoshop newbie and I think the image could be much improved. Where can I upload it and who can I ask for help?

It's Mal sans clothes, from TRASH, and the legend, "I aim to misbehave".
