Good Idea for Recreating Brown Coat Battles!!

Good research for recreating a battle between Independantes (Brown Coats) and the alliance would be the battle of Stalingrad from World War II. It was a intense battle between the German 6th army with other units attached and Multiply Russian armies. Very intense street fighting and the eventual starvation/ surrender of the German 6th Army. A good source is Antony Beevor, "Stalingrad The Fateful Seige: 1942-1943" goes through and cronicles both armies from the start of German forces crossing over to Russia through the end of the battle for Stalingrad. This would fit good with the episode, 11 I think the "Messenger" episode where Mal and Zoe bring back the body of their fellow commrade. The flash back scene was very close to Stalingrad. Another good source is the movie "Enemy at the Gate". Hope this helps. If any one wants to ask me for more advice on similar battle sources feel free. Good luck on making the series live on!!!
