not sure about if the bridge and whatnot is included in the tutorial but looks to be quite detailed

You would think that Kenner, or whoever made the action figures for the BDM, or even an independent toy manufacturer would have made Serenity models, a die cast or micro machine version.

Thanks for the honourable mention :) Its not a book its a training DVD set for 3ds Max btw. And the internal bridge is sadly not modelled (Took me three months to make Serenity as it is)

ha, 7 years on and people still visit my site from that link :) thanks for that :D

Ok, the set is still there if people want to learn how to make it using 3ds Max - remember that 3ds Max does have a learning curve however I am sure that anyone who wants to put their mind to it can do it. Also feel free to drop me questions if you have them and I will do what I can!

The new link for this set is actually; http://www.3d-palace.com/downloads/serenity-stormbringer-the-firefly-c
lass-ship-for-3ds-max
/ - when i made it I called it Stormbringer as I wanted it to be a Firefly class ship, not actually serenity. If you want to get the set use the code SERENITY at the checkout and you can have it half price though.

Heres to someone seeing sense and making another film...
