I was just curious about buying from amazon to support fff.net. I just bought the box set, Serenity(wide screen), Both c.d.s, Finding serenity(book), and Serenity:the visual companion.
and I'm hoping that buying from amazon helped out the site. Please some one let me Know. thanks

Whether buying from fff.net's link directly financially benefits the site, I don't know.

BUT!

Buying any Firefly/ Serenity product increases the profit Universal/ Fox make off the franchise, thus making them more susceptible to continuing the series....

Which directly benefits all of us!

My guess is that if you linked to Amazon from this site, some of the proceeds of the sale might go to the folks that maintain the site. That's the way it works on www.nerowolfe.org (The Wolfe Pack).

I have friends who run other sites and they do get some money from Amazon or whomever.. it ain't a lot (as in "At last we can retire and give up this life of...webhosting..") but it does help pay the utilities so good on ya for for going that route.. it supports Firefly AND FFF

Likes to mess with stuffs.

I get a small percentage, not enough for me to quit my day job, but it helps pay for the hosting, hardware, and maintenance.

I also get something if any of the Google ads are clicked on the site, but I'm not supposed to say that and you're not supposed to know about it. So just forget what I said. :)
