Imperial Shuttle in Pilot Episode?

First off, if this has already been posted please accept my apologies...

In 'Serenity' (the pilot episode) when Inara is first coming back to Serenity and the shuttle is docking (around the 27th minute) there are 2 ships way off in the background.

Tell me the one on the left rising up into the sky isn't an Imperial Shuttle from Star Wars?

I've seen this posted somewhere, but that's ok. Good catch. And yes, it certainly looks like an Imperial shuttle. The wings drop down and everything.
