Hey all you Vegas Browncoats! My name is Charmaine and I work at the Best Buy by the Galleria mall. As well all know, or should all know by now, June 23rd is going to be one big gorram shindig. While I do not work on Fridays, or usually don't, I am going to be going down there and purchasing a couple copies of Serenity DVDs and perhaps a copy of Firefly as well. I would love it if some of you would come down to the store and have a little gathering to celebrate that day. If there is anyone interested in coming on down, let me know and we could arrange a time, were we all go in and purchase the greatness together. You may either reply here, by aim at takeitsnape or yahoo by snapelovesbunnies.

Steven Brust the author (Vlad Taltos series New Book Dzur publishing August 2006) lives in Las Vegas. He has written a Firefly/Serenity novel that he sent to Pocket books (the publisher of
Serenity the novel of the movie). No word
yet if it has been picked to be published.

Steven Brust loves Firefly/Serenity.

So why am I telling you this?

Could you get the word out to Las Vegas area
Browncoats about the Charity Serenity Screenings.
Maybe someone in your area could arrange a
screening and Steven Brust could show up as
a celebrity guest...and read some of his
proposed Firefly/Serenity book.

Las Vegas could maybe get Steven Brust fans and
Serenity/Firefly fans to a screening for
charity.
