I have been dealing with a comapany out of Florida called Anthony Grandio for the past 15 years. They print my Star trek:TNG checks. I called them about Firefly Checks but they don't print them. But I was assured if enough people called and requested them they would start the process to get them printed. The phone number to call is 1-800-472-6346. Their website is www.anthonygrandio.com. It would be good to call multiple times throught the year. I really enjoy my ST:TNG checks but would really rather have Mal and the crew instead. Wouldn't you? No power in the 'verse can stop us when weall get behind something. Remember "Serenity"?.

I would, except I hardly ever use checks anymore. Online bill pay is so much better...

Don't some companies let you put a picture of your choice on checks? If so, you could use a Firefly image, unless there was a copyright problem.

I'm with Doncoat on this one...I can count on one hand the number of paper checks I've written in the last 2 years. I wouldn't have much use for Firefly/Serenity checks.

But a Firefly credit card? That's another story! I don't know how many cards you'd need in circulation to be profitable, but if MBNA or another credit card outfit made a Big Damn Credit Card - I'd get it!

Maybe the reward could be 1% of all group charges go towards producing Serenity II?!?!?

How's that for a Monday morning brainstorm?!?!?

I already have Firefly checks. I designed them myself at a site called http://www.uniquechecks.com

You can put your own picture on as well as a line of text. Mine's a pic of the crew and Serenity, and says "You Can't Take The Sky From Me". It was pretty simple and relatively inexpensive.

After you posted this a while back I ordered 3 boxes of checks (just in case they wised up on the copyright thing). I sent in 4 designs though, variety . My acption is also You Can't Take The Sky From Me.

I don't write checks as often as I used to but when I do, I have my BDH's there.

I aim to misbehave!
