Just caught the second eps of Eureka on the Si/Fi channel. Good show. The writters of this series IMO must be Joss fans ( not a bad thing at all)

Theres a tip of the hat to Mr.Whedon when Sarah Michelle Gellar's name pops up as the local sheriff's house.

Zoe, the sheriff's daughter wasn't in the eps till the very end, but Jo Lupo (female) the town deputy is in the eps and rugged as ever.

Then we have Henry Deacon ( can you say Shepherd Book?) This guy is not only a town scientist/auto mechanic but he's also the town preacher.

I'm finding the show to be very interesting and although I may be reading some things into the series that are there cuz, well I just am. It's still worth catching. I love the Firefly references ( if that's what they are) and Si/Fi gets a thumbs-up for this new show. Now if we can only get them to get the rights to Firefly and start a-new I be a Si/Fi channel fan for life.

I couldn'y agree more..I am really liking this show very witty. Now if the can put firefly in that wrestling spot it be great. That BSG, and Eureka...wow
