Folks,

I ordered my DTI DVD on August 11 (paid via Paypal), and have not received it as of yet. How long did it take to get it, those of you who got it? The website (donetheimpossible.com) is now down (exceeded bandwidth)....I'm starting to get a little leary that this transaction is bogus???

It took me a few weeks to get mine, and the DVD is shiny! I wouldn't worry about it being bogus, it's not like they're a huge production company, and they have quite a few orders to catch up on. Give them another week or so, and in the meantime, I'll see if I can find their e-mail for you.

I think they sold out really quickly and are hard at work making more to fulfill all the more recent orders,
this is definitely a small group (not a big company) so I hope you'll be patient with them,
they are reliable!

I had pre-ordered mine, last October(!)
but I got it a few weeks ago when they finally got them finished,
you won't have to wait that long!

Here's what is posted on their website, apparntly it's working now.

"Sold Out of First Run!! 8/20/2006

We have great news, we have nearly sold out of our first run of Done The Impossible! We sold through the first printing about four times faster than we had expected or hoped. So thank you to all that ordered! We are having a second printing replicated as we speak, and it should be ready in just over a week. This means that all orders received after today (Sunday) will be delayed about 7-10 days while we wait for inventory to arrive.

If you order(ed) before Monday, and you haven't recieved your DVD, you should be getting it via USPS within a week (for U.S. orders; international orders can take considerably longer to arrive)."

As usual, helpful 'Coats to the rescue!

Thanks all. Much o'bliged.

I received an email back from the DTI folk, they have my order in process in the new, next batch (after the one that sold out, that's Shiny!)...they're also swamped with DragonCon sschtuff. So I told them, no worries, we're on the same crew, I'll be patient! :)

Meanwhile, I'm dying to get it, I hear it's HI-larious :)
