This time, it's actually a fairly "mainstream" website: Space.com

Go to this page and click on the link for Serenity. Then vote, click the back button, vote again, click the back button... repeat as needed.

Just by myself, I got it into the top 10 in a few minutes. It'll be #1 easy if a few of us "stuff the box" for a bit.
