THUNDAR

That cast pic sort of stands out in a few ways.

First off, Inara is standing in front, seperate from everyone, The Ambassador.

Mal and River are seperate from the rest. Dressed similarly with almost the same head position, etc. Would they be the Leaders?

There's Zoe, Book and Jayne in a little clump. The Warriors. Book has shown his knowledge of fighting.

Kaylee and Simon, together.

Most noticeable is Wash. Not even on the porch with the others. Just his head and shoulder poking through the window.

A mighty fine reading of the image. It is kinda odd that Wash's image is disembodied. Book is in the centre, kinda like it was his words to Mal to believe that kicked along his thought processes.
