Please excuse any type-o's! One to many Hot Buttered Rums tonight!

Ok..I just had to share this. On Christmas Eve a bunch of us always get together and do our Christmas thing. My best friend’s husband was trying to tell me that Nathan Fillion was on Arrested Development. I informed him this is not something he wants to argue with me about. He would not stop. Bit annoying really.

He made the fatal mistake of saying he “bet me” he was right. I said “fine… what’s the wager and you had better make it good!!” He told me to name it and I said if I was right he had to go out side and wash my SUV (mind you it was poring down rain and NOT warm out). He said “Fine, but if I am right you have to wash my truck and you have to do it naked!” I said fine and he got a funny look on his face like “Oh God. What have I done”

I hit the internet and well…let’s just say my truck is much cleaner now! I did compromise with him and only made him take his shirt and shoes off. I am such a kind soul.

God I love Christmas!!

They do look a bit alike I guess. I thought he had read Nathan’s blog on Myspace at first but he didn’t. I don't see the resemblance myself but hey one of the easiest bets I have won in a long time!

I love that look on people's faces when the wager is laid down and you agree to it straight away (knowing that you are right) and they get that look of panic, like 'OMG what have I done'.
It can be hi-larious.

Had a not so similar incident when I stated that Nathan played Private Ryan. My mate was all "No, no, no, it was Matt Damon".
The wager was only for the last biscuit though, so nothing really at stake.

I've won quite a few beers with that one.

I even used to get some friends to watch Serenity.
