Our favorite villain is playing a major character in a new horror flick opening soon: Dead Silence.

He's visible in trailers running now.

Looks to be some sort of mad slasher movie. Not my cup of milk, but if you like that sort of thing, give us a review.

I believe it opens on the 15th or 16th. I maybe jumped the gun a bit.

IMDB says it has something to do with a ventriloquist. Maybe one of those "dummy comes to life and orders v'quist to murder people" concepts. Hard to tell from the quick-cut ads I've seen.

Mr. Fairman has been making quite a number of guest appearances on TV shows and has another movie in post-production.

Yup, thats the ticket. I caught an extended (or at least a different version from what I've been seeing on TV) trailer somewhere and that seems to be the basic plot outline. Unfortunate, but good for the actor.

You may be right. Universal sent me a
brightly colored poster in today's e-mail,
but I closed it quickly and shuffled it
into a folder -- was eating at the time.
Haven't been back to look because I'm
going to give it a miss.
