24 season 6 music directly borrows from serenity soundtrack

24 season 6, episodes 1 and 11 (4min 20sec mark) directly quote a motif from david newman's serenity soundtrack that pops up a lot whenever river's theme appears. instead of describing it, which is tough to do in words (it's not the piano, but a wind instrument), have a listen to these 2 24 episodes and you'll immediately recognize it.

wonder if th3 24 composer sampled it directly (that's my guess)?
