The Fourteenth Kids Need to Read Charity Auction is coming to a close
tonight, Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 10pm EST/ 9pm CT/ 7pm PT.

This week we are offering something very special. We have a signed
advance reading copy of PJ Haarsma’s second book in his science
fiction series, The Softwire: Betrayal on Orbis 2. This
much-anticipated book will not be available for purchase ANYWHERE
until late March 2008. Also included in this package is the newest OIO
card in The Softwire series called Ingression.

Paula is the first to land on Orbis 2!

The rest of us will have to wait until spring, but Paula will be the
first to visit Orbis 2! She is the winner of the 14th Kids Need to
Read Charity Auction and will soon receive her very own signed advance
reading copy of PJ Haarsma’s 2nd Softwire novel, Betrayal on Orbis
2, as well as the latest OIO card, Ingression, featuring original art
by Marisa Grieco.

Paula snagged this literary treasure with her bid of $260.00. Careful
Paula, Softwire fans may be knocking down your door looking for
spoilers!

Many thanks to author PJ Haarsma for providing us with this extremely
rare item! And thanks to every one of our generous bidders – your
support has enabled us to raise $1800from our auctions so far. The
money raised in these auctions is used to buy books for schools and
libraries in need.
