Why was he trappled? Was it cold out side, rainning maybe? Nope, just a bunch of douchebags running to the Electrons Department to buy I-PODS and other things on sale. Maybe my title is cold, but I did'nt kill anyone on Black Friday to buy toys for my nephew. Have you ever been in a crush? I have. The peeps behind can't see what's going on, the peeps in front who see what's happening can't resist the push; they HAVE to step over the guy because they can't stop. Maybe if several REALLY big guys had locked arms they could have formed a human barrier, but that obviously didn't happen.

I'd have pulled a Jackie Chan and climbed up something, a pole, a door, a really big guy, anything- I wouldn't be on the ground- but not everyone can do that. I feel sorry for that dude, but crowds don't act with a unified mind; confusion is nobody's friend.
