Hi, All! Just dropping by to say that WWW.BigDamnVerse.Net is still flying, and we're doing some shaking up of late.

A couple of senior ships have retired, and we're launching a few new ones to fill the gaps. Needless to say, we need crew to fill them up! Whether you're new Firefly fan just looking for somewhere to play with other fans, or absent member who'd like to return, swing by and say hi. :)

For those of you not familiar with BigDamnVerse.Net, we are one of the longest running text-based bulletin board Firefly roleplaying games on the net. We are a small but loving team of excellent writers and our focus is on quality writing, quality characters and creating powerful stories that touch us every bit as much as Joss Whedon's work does. (If not more, but you didn't hear that from me. ;))

We are set timewise BEFORE the movie, so all of your favorite characters are still alive and well. AND the events of the movie don't take place here- so we can keep on telling stories indefinitely.

If nothing else, we'd love to have have you drop by and say Hi! :)

I actually was checking out your site a bit, been looking for a RP site for me and my friend for a while, but he plays a pilot, and it looks like you're full up on pilots. Also, I'm probably technically too busy, but I would have loved to put my rather eccentric Native American mechanic (the term "Tech Shaman" comes to mind) into your space station game somehow.

Well, I may yet still try it out. Just have to think about my other commitments though.
