The Police State sucks, yes, no matter which nation makes you its slave.

All schools claim they have the right to own all students as slaves, even adult students in college, via in loco parentis ("crazy parent").

Quote:

in loco parentis

Latin for "instead of a parent" or "in place of a parent," this phrase identifies a foster parent, a county custodial agency or a boarding school which is taking care of a minor, including protecting his/her rights. Thus, Boys' Town is legally in loco parentis to Johnny Boarder, aged 15, if and when he needs legal help.

Dictionary.law.com

Note that Catholic Boys Town routinely raped their boys and sold them into sexslavery, drug-running and human sacrifice for the CIA and George Bush Sr Nazi Knight of the British Empire, as proven in court by CIA Senator John DeCamp in The Franklin Coverup. Frakkin loco parents.

Seems to me this is a violation of privacy. If the school is using health records, those records are covered by HIPPA. They can't share the information, even among themselves.

I also note this could be a violation of contract, by changing the graduation requirements of existing students.

Could also violate the Americans With Disabilities Act.

I would also raise an issue of conflict of interest, since the school likely operates a cafeteria.

And its mean.

Do kids these days NOT have to take Phys Ed classes, and pass them? Hell, we had to take at least one PE class per year, up into my junior year of high school. I thought that was the norm.
