Like woman, I am a mystery.

The only bad thing is that it's made the ending for next week's episode incredibly predictable. Beckett is absent for the entirety of the episode while the rest of the crew try to track down the killer. Things progress until we get the big climactic Mexican standoff, out of the shadows walks Beckett and caps the sumbitch.

However, with the way this show is going, I know that the leadup to that moment will be quite awesome and worth the predictable ending. Especially if Beckett shows up still only in her towel from before. C'mon, you gave some epic fanservice at the end of this week's episode, why not do it some more here?

Hey, she only capped(sp?) that one guy cause he was going to shoot Castle...she didn't do it for vengence...even tried to keep the guy's heart pumping...even thought he was a mother...murdering...sumb*tch

Agreed. That ep was all types of awesome. Nathan has a hit on his hands. Shoulda been Firefly, but it's all good.

If ABC was smart they would find a way to get both Alan and Morena (both on V) over to Castle for a 2-parter. You wanna see ratings? Hello you guys over at ABC/Disney - Am I getting through?

Is it me or does CSI:Miami suck the life out of crime shows? I'm just saying.

I agree on the last minute Mexican standoff and Beckett appearing out of the shadows. Another possibility besides the is-she-dead-or-isn't-she take is Beckett in the hospital the whole time, rather than completely disappeared, and the whole thing turns out to be a ruse to draw out the killer.

But the way it ended, does seem intended to mislead people about Beckett being alive or not, so right now AWOL is more likely.

I doubt they will wait the entire episode to show Beckett alive. I'm pretty sure she dived back into the tub before the explosion, and we'll see she's shaken but fine at the beginning of the next episode. Beckett will be crucial to taking crazy nutjob down!

I'd given some thought to movin' off the edge -- not an ideal location -- thinkin' a place in the middle.
