America loves a winner!

Of course you don't. Why should you ?

I, Phil Hare, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God

Just a bunch of words. Nothing more.

My favorite part is when he starts quoting from the Declaration of Independence. Reminds me of somebody else who can't seem to keep those documents straight...

Seems to be a lot of that going around.

That's your response to what Rep. Phil Hare had to say ? Bring up a totally irrelevant video clip of John Boehner ?

So, you see no difference in confusing the D.O.I and the U.S. Constitution, and flatly stating that you don't "worry about the Constitution " when dealing w/ the rights of Americans?

That figures.

Boehner's gaff was a common one. It isn't saying that he doesn't care about those documents, or what they stand for.

You'd have done yourself a favor by not responding at all.

( And why is Phil Hare sweating like a pig here ? If he's back home in the 17th District, the weather isn't but 70 degrees outside. Sure seems like he's feeling heat from somewhere. Dems had better get use to it )

And then folks wonder why "sovereign citizen grand juries" send letters to governors ordering them to uphold their oath of office.

Funny how these same "Constitutionalists" protesting lack of constitutional authority to require you to purchase a mandatory medical insurance contract from a private company, enthusiastically demand arrest of any person who fails to purchase a "mandatory" car insurance contract from a private company.

Can't have it both ways.

Give govt an inch, it steals a 1,000 miles for its private fascist contractors.

Only it's not having it both ways.

You only need car insurance if you -

own a car
can pass a driver's license and meet the age requirements.
drive that car on tax payer funded roads.

If you own enough property, you or your 6 year old can drive all the hell over it in any vehicle you wish, and you never have to pay 1 cent in insurance.

But, by your mere existence, the Gov't has no right to compel you to buy health insurance, or anything else.

( Did I just waste a minute of my time trying to actually convere w/ PN on the level ? )
