What the Guay Do is Freefall?

Freefall is an airsoft scenario roleplay event set in the ‘Verse described in Joss Whedon’s TV series Firefly, about three years after the end of the Independence War. It will be a 2 Day event beginning at NOON on Saturday, July 17, 2010, and ending on Sunday, July 18 at 5pm, at Apocalypse Paintball in Poynette, WI.

Freefall is the sole independent port on the tiny Border Moon Ataraxia. It's aptly named, because it’s a haven for drifters, Browncoats and criminals hiding out from the Alliance.

Freefall is your chance to launch out into the ‘Verse and see how you land. This event is being organized by Todd "Gryphon" Meyer, so you know what to expect: Real time, real skill, real goals, and really intense airsoft firefights. Figure yourself for a xiong-can shau-sho? Will you serve the Alliance, make a stand with the Browncoats, follow the True Path, make a few of those sweet credits under the table, or sling your swinging cod for the highest bidder? It’s your call. Reckon it’s time for some Thrilling Heroics? Then come join us, nian qing-de. All aboard for Freefall.
