I know Geezer; I was going to respond "A politician telling lies, or naively thinking he can accomplish what he sets out to do, omygawd, what a concept!", but figured it wasn't worth it.

By the way, I'm not sure it's in the Constitution, but I'll betcha it's in the "politician's Handbook"--DEFINITELY in the "Presidency for Dummies" one.
