Why?, you ask. Because he doesn't stand a chance, simply put. I don't mean that as a put-down, and I don't say it to anger anyone, or with any happiness in admitting that he's going to get creamed. He's down by 20 points or more, and Murkowski and Joe Miller are pretty much dead even. McAdams isn't going to close that gap, or anywhere close to it, by next week. He's dead in the water, and you can't lose a race you're not in, but you CAN pick the winner. So I'm proposing that the best thing Scott McAdams can do for the Democratic party at this point, on a national scale, is to withdraw and endorse Lisa Murkowski. Again, I sense my fellow progressives pulling away, shrinking in horror from such an idea. How on Earth could I advocate a Democrat quitting a race and endorsing "the enemy"? Because in THIS race, I believe Lisa Murkowski's the best thing going. She actually CAN win this thing, with just a little bit more support and one more good shove over the top. And she's proven in the past that she CAN work with Democrats on progressive policies and issues. Will you join me? The modern definition of "socialist" is anyone who's winning an argument against a tea-bagger. AURaptor's Greatest Hits: Friday, September 24, 2010 I hate Obama's America. You're damn right about that. Friday, May 28, 2010 - 18:26 To President Obama: Mr. President, you're a god damn, mother fucking liar. Fuck you, you cock sucking community activist piece of shit. ... go fuck yourself, Mr. President.

The voters have a right to be represented on their ballot. Even if that clown has no chance and their votes are in the minority. What you are proposing is just as bad as gerrymandering. Just as shameless. That you are not even from that state and you would meddle in their election is diSPICable. Why don't you propose that all democrats from other states send in absentee ballots? I'd call what you are doing... cheating. You are a typical dem. Mind your own. Miller wins anyway.

Quote:Alaska GOP Senate hopeful Joe Miller was suspended for three days and referred to an employee assistance program after admitting to improperly using three government computers, then cleaning the caches to cover up the activities, according to personnel records released Tuesday under court order. The personnel records were obtained by The Associated Press, the Alaska Dispatch, the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner and the Anchorage Daily News, under open records requests and a subsequent lawsuit. Miller had until Tuesday afternoon to appeal the release, but chose not to.

And yes, Kendrick Meek should bow out in Florida, too.
