Kinda liking the belt, considering that this is the WWII-Era suit. I agree that he'l probably get a costume upgrade when he reaches the present-day (either in Avengers or at the end of this one).

And from what we've seen, the plot involves HYDRA having "futuristic" tech, so those two goons in the background are probably theirs.
