According to some calculations, if a million Browncoats put up US$40 each, that'd be enough to make a season of 16 new Firefly episodes. Up that figure and Nathan could possibly make good on his wish to "buy the rights to Firefly, make it [without Fox], and distribute it on the Internet.”
The site http://helpnathanbuyfirefly.com/ isn't accepting money yet, needing to figure out the logistics, but feel free to sing along on their blog.
