I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.

In Tokyo, medical doctor and professor Dr. Tastuhiko Kodama is literally shaking with anger as he testifies about TEPCO's and the government's gross negligence. Dr Kodama treats people with radionuclide-bonded antibodies for cancer (really advanced medicine) and if ANYONE should know about exposure to radioactive compounds, it would be him

TEPCO said melted fuel in the No. 1 reactor might have collected inside the duct after leaking from the containment vessel during venting early in the crisis. [...]

How are they only just now admitting this? The minute they started seeing the stuff outside the containment vessel it should have been obvious.

It takes something pretty horrific, pretty awful, pretty terrible, for Signe and PN to be extreme about the same issue, and in agreement on it. This whole thing is truly a travesty and it is disgusting, but typical government and corporation fair, that it was denied, supressed and poopooed by those in charge like it has been, making it that much worse.

My question: Which countries in the world would be more willing to admit things like this and ask for help? Which countries would be least likely to admit and ask for help?
