Hello,

I wanted to share this story about a 'drowning' victim in Utah who is expected to survive the incident. This conclusively proves that drowning is no longer fatal. People who complain about the danger of drowning are on notice: The fallacy of water killing people has finally been dragged into the light. This case in Utah clearly demonstrates that water simply cannot kill people. Claims of drowning deaths by various 'authorities' are spurious. Water safety guidelines and concerns are rubbish.

What? It's not just this report. I can point out numerous examples of people surviving 'drowning.' This one just happens to be in Utah, but I bet there are survivors of 'drowning' in every state of the union.

Doesn't that prove that the idea of 'water hazards' is false, and people can stop worrying about 'water safety?'

It's not just this report. I can point out numerous examples of people surviving 'shootings.' This one just happens to be in Utah, but I bet there are survivors of 'shootings' in every state of the union.

See how that works...or doesn't. NO this and other reports of people surviving drowning does not show drowning hazards are false. It shows that some people get lucky. Are you just ignoring all the incidence of people that do fucking drown? It certainly looks that way.

Hmm... you certainly make a persuasive argument. Now that I think about it, my whole premise was pretty foolish. I'm almost embarrassed that I even brought it up, since a rudimentary examination of the facts easily proves me wrong.

Since Anthony's joke has been busted open, I thought I might mention that we've already had three children die from being swept away in spring flood waters this year. ._. Last year there was a total of ten toddlers who died, and even a few people who tried to then rescue or find the toddlers after they were lost.

It's nice to hear about exceptions, they don't survive very often.
